Day 1: Guwahati – Bomdila

After arrival at Guwahati, begin your scenic journey towards Bomdila. Enjoy the beautiful Himalayan landscapes, lush valleys, and mountain roads along the way. On arrival, visit the famous Bomdila Monastery and explore the local market if time permits.
Overnight stay at Bomdila.

Day 2: Bomdila to Tawang

After breakfast, proceed towards Tawang via the breathtaking Dirang Valley and the iconic Sela Pass & Sela Tunnel. Enroute, visit Jaswant Garh War Memorial and the stunning Jang Falls (Nuranang Falls). Enjoy the mesmerizing mountain views throughout the journey before reaching Tawang.

Day 3: Tawang Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore the beautiful attractions of Tawang including the majestic Tawang Monastery, the largest monastery in India, the giant Buddha Statue, Tawang War Memorial, Sela Lake, and the scenic Sela Pass surroundings. Also visit Urgelling Monastery, the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama.

Day 4: Bumla Pass & Madhuri Lake Excursion

Today, head towards the famous Bumla Pass near the Indo-China border (subject to permit & weather conditions). Visit the stunning Madhuri Lake (Sangestar Lake), surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery and peaceful landscapes. Return to Tawang by evening.

Day 5: Tawang to Shergaon via Dirang

After breakfast, begin your return journey towards Shergaon. Enroute, visit the beautiful Mandala Top, Dirang Monastery, Kalachakra Monastery, Dirang Dzong, and the peaceful valleys of Rupa and Shergaon. Also explore Choskorong Waterfall and the local Trout Farm.
Overnight stay at Shergaon.

Day 6: Shergaon to Guwahati

After breakfast, drive back towards Guwahati enjoying the scenic mountain landscapes and riverside views along the way. Enroute sightseeing and local stops can be done depending on time availability. Drop at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station.
